We are a twenty year old organisation, manufacturing Industrial Plastics and Metal Pressed components to the requirements of leading Electronic, Electrical and Telecommunication industries. The organisation is very professionally managed by a technocrat G.V. Nagesh.

The activity is supported by a dedicated and qualified workforce of 60 people, comprising 38 skilled operators, 8 technicians, 3 managers, 5 supervisors and 6 administrative staff.

The plant is located in Bangalore and exceeds 10, 000 sq.feet (976 sq.mtrs) with an environmentally clean layout. To maintain delivery schedule, an in-house fully equipped tool room with designing facility and standby power supply is in existence

Our major emphasis is to manufacture quality coil formers suitable for various types of Laminations and Soft Ferrite applications along with Mounting accessories. The coil formers are made of high quality Thermoplastic material including UL approved grade material.

Quality

The quality aspect of manufacturing process is given utmost importance such as plastisisation of the material and solderability of lead terminals are checked on an hour-to-hour basis.

ISO Certification

The system has been upgraded from ISO 9002-1994 to ISO 9001-2000 certification.

The plant is certified by TUV CERT Certification Body of RWTUV Systems GmbH for ISO 9001-2000 (Certificate Registration No.04100 30912). The scope of registration is "The manufacture of plastic injection moulded components and Sub assemblies for engineering application as per Customer design".

We are retained as OEM Suppliers of coil formers of variety by reputed organizations like Center for Development of Telematics, ITI Ltd., Bharat Electronics Ltd., Videocon International Ltd., TVSE, TVS Cherry, SIET-Italy and many other Magnetics producers.

We have an in-house tooling facility with all necessary infrastructure to develop Injection Moulds, Pressed Components, Jigs and Fixtures.
